To your request we will hand over our translations in mirror translation of the original document, keeping the original format.

To your request we will supply our translations with a certification. The translation of documents and contracts are supplied with the Clause of the Caliban Translation Agency (Translation Agency Pécs) and its stamp which certifies that the translation was done by our Translation Agency and it coincides in every detail and in structure with the annexed original document or its copy. The translation is handed over bound together with the original (or copy of the) document with a national colour ribbon.

Warranty

Complaint – in the case of translation - may be made within three working days from taking over the work. The Translation Agency is obliged to correct defects proved to be well-founded within reasonable time. In the event the Customer does not put in a claim for correction the Translation Agency shall be exempt from its obligation to correct the defect. In the event the Translation Agency fulfils it obligation to correct the defect the Customer is obliged to pay the full amount of the service fee except if the Customer has suffered provable damages due to the delay. In this event the Parties shall reduce the amount to be paid by the Customer proportionally to the amount of the damage.

Exclusion of liability

Caliban Translation Agency (Translation Agency Pécs) shall not be held liable for any direct or consequential damages of the Customer deriving from the non-adherence of earlier agreed deadlines if the reasons for the delay originate from the following but not limited to: error in the Internet connection, the unreliability of the electronic mail systems, current failure, power cut or damages originating thereof, hardware error, software error in the system of Caliban Translation Agency or its subcontractor and the non-foreseeable accident, injury, incapacity for work of the subcontractor commissioned with the translation, his/her hindrance in sending in the translation due to any – temporary – health problem or any other possible event or circumstance which are beyond the control of Caliban Translation Agency (Translation Agency Pécs). At the occurrence of such event Caliban Translation Agency is obliged to immediately notify the Customer after becoming aware of the error/delay and to give information on the earliest possible time of the clearing of the error/performance. At such event the Customer shall not abandon its order. The payment of the translation handed over immediately after clearing the problem shall not in part or in whole be denied – this will result in the start of court procedure (the start of winding-up the company due to insolvency).
